Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are FINAL with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. If the item(s) is damaged during shipping, the customer must make a claim within 3 days of its receipt. Please contact Michele at madpaperie@gmail.com with order number and photos of the damage. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. Shipping will not be charged for said replacements. mad paperie reserves the right to access each situation and refund/exchange on a case by case basis.

Orders that need to be reprinted due to a spelling or text error that was approved by the customer will NOT be applicable for a refund or exchange. It is imperative that the digital print proof is inspected thoroughly for such errors. mad paperie is cannot be held responsible for printing errors that have been approved by the customer. If such an issue arises, please contact Michele at madpaperie@gmail.com to discuss reprinting options and pricing.
