Rush Orders

Please see our FAQ’s about when to order for your event and consider proofing, printing, and shipping in your timeline. However, if you happen to be a last-minute, spontaneous planner like myself and you need a custom or semi-custom order rushed to you, please email Michele@madpaperie.com Depending on workload, time of year, and scope of the project, I can accept some rush orders on a case by case basis. Rush fees will be at least 50% of the sale price.

Shipping

Your purchase will be sent to the address provide at checkout. Please verify this address is correct before submitting your order. mad paperie is cannot be held responsible for delayed or incomplete orders due to incorrect addressing of the customer’s fault.

Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Mail) or USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate packaging. This will vary depending on the weight and size of the order. You will receive a notification upon shipment, as well as tracking number(s).

mad paperie cannot be held responsible for any mailed items that are damaged, lost, delayed, or other by USPS or any other shipping company, as they are an independent third party. Shipping times vary, but are approximately 3-5 days for USPS Ground Advantage and 1-3 days for USPS Priority Mail in the continental US. mad paperie is unable to provide tracking updates beyond the information that third party mail carriers release.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are FINAL with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped.

If the item(s) is damaged during shipping, the customer must make a claim within 3 days of its receipt.Please contact Michele at Michele@madpaperie.com with order number and photos of the damage. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. Shipping will not be charged for said replacements. mad paperie reserves the right to assess each situation and refund/exchange on a case by case basis.

Orders that need to be reprinted due to a spelling or text error that was approved by the customer will NOT be applicable for a refund or exchange. It is imperative that the digital print proof is inspected thoroughly for such errors. mad paperie cannot be held responsible for printing errors that have been approved via proof by the customer. If such an issue arises, please contact Michele at Michele@madpaperie.com to discuss reprinting options and pricing.

mad paperie strives to provide unique designs with handmade watercolor elements. Much of the artwork is original and created by Michele Wright, founding owner of madpaperie. If not an original creation, mad paperie takes great care to properly source and use licensed elements, such as fonts and artwork.
mad paperie, and thus Michele Wright, retains all rights to any and all original creations. This includes, but is not limited to: digitized artwork, paintings, illustrations, calligraphy, lettering, digital artwork, logos, icons, and design layouts. It is illegal to use, print or reprint, distribute, reproduce, alter, or otherwise copy any intellectual or creative property unless explicit permission is given by mad paperie.

Any and all information, copy, and images published on www.madpaperie.com are also the intellectual property of mad paperie and founding owner Michele Wright. No pictures, wording, or elements of this site may be used without explicit permission given by mad paperie.
