What if I ordered the wrong thing or it came damaged?
All sales are final- so make sure you love it!
If your order were to arrive damaged or otherwise inaccurate in any way, you must contact Michele within 3 days of receiving it. Send photos of the item/damage and we can discuss a solution on a case by case basis. View my Return Policy for more information.
How soon should I order invitations?
For birthday parties, baby showers, and other small shindigs, you want to send the invitations out no sooner than 8 weeks before the event, but more than 2 weeks before. Shoot for 3-4 weeks out.
Remember the time it takes to customize your invite, proof it, print it, and ship it to you. Overall, expect to order small party invites about 6 weeks before the party.
For completely custom designs, you’ll need to give me an additional 2-4 weeks. That all depends on my workload at the time and what you’re looking for. We can hash that out when you inquire.
Custom wedding artwork is available on request and may require up to 6 weeks or more to complete. Inquire as soon as possible by contacting Michele.
I’m throwing a party and I don’t see an invitation that matches my theme. Can you create one for me?

Do I get to see a digital proof before you print?
YES and NO.
Yes- With any semi custom or custom invitations, you will be emailed a proof with all your party details, which you provide at checkout. Expect to see that within 3-5 business days. From there, minor changes to text and spelling can be made up to three times (beyond that, a small fee may incur). I won’t print until you give me the green light to do so!
No- Any order that contain a personalized item (such as a mug, note cards, etc.) that require you to enter said customization during checkout are NOT subject to a digital proof before printing. It is imperative to enter the exact text you wish to see on the final product. mad paperie will not be held accountable for any misspellings or typing errors as entered by the customer.
I love this design. Can you add/change colors/alter the layout?
All invitation designs listed are sold as-is. I reserve the right to alter any elements and text placement and/or color(s) to best suit your party details. If you’d like to see major changes or additions to any design, feel free to contact Michele and set up a custom order.
How long will it take for my order to get here?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom artwork, invitations, and more are subject to longer processing times.
Items are sent via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, depending on the package. Shipping times will vary depending on season, environmental factors, and more. Visit Shipping for more information.
